GRADUATE PROJECT:
      Computer aided normalization of the schema of a database.  
      Developed a tool that interfaces with a CASE tool in order to  
      normalize  the database schema.  The tool was  implemented  
      i n  'C'  on an IBM PC.

  SPECIAL
  SKILLS:      
             I have hands on experience using various CASE
             tools and was part of a team of students which
             evaluated the CASE tools "EXCELERATOR" for Index
             Technology.  I am also familiar with principles
             of software cost estimation and the COCOMO model.
	     I also developed a web site for the Moorpark Tennis 
	     Club ( http://members.tripod/~mtc ).

  EXPERIENCE: 
                   Programmer/Analyst, Nov. 1988 - Jan. 1989
                   Learning System Sciences, Woodland Hills, Ca.
                   Part-time job designing and developing inter-
                   active training programs utilizing the IBM Info-
                   Window System.  These training programs utilized
                   touch sensitive screen interfaces, and video /
                   audio interfaces to a Laser Disc Player. I then 
                   worked for Computer Connecting Point as a contract 
                   programmer in Dbase and Foxpro.  
                   I also programmed part-time in Foxpro/dBase and some C
                   while working as a Deputy Probation Officerfor the L.A.
                   County Probation Dept.for the past several years.


 ACHIEVEMENTS &
  MEMBERSHIPS:
              Paper accepted for CASE '87 International Workshop on 
              Computer Aided Software  Engineering. This paper was 
              published in "ADVANCE PAPERS,"   FIRST INTERNATIONAL 
              WORKSHOP ON COMPUTER-AIDED SOFTWARE 
              ENGINEERING, VOLUME 1, 1987. Member of the Association 
              for Computing Machinery  and special interest groups for software 
              engineering (SIGSOFT) and management of data (SIGMOD).

   My rates for programming are reasonable but I need flexible hours.
